    Can I change or add to my order after purchasing?

    No, unfortunately we cannot make any changes or add items to an order once it has been completed online. Our order processing is both speedy and automated which means we are unable to alter an order.

    There was an error placing my order. What should I do?

    If you have received an error message either before or after purchasing please send us a message via the Contact form or email us at enquiries@licensingessentials.com.au.

    I have not received a confirmation email after purchasing. Have you received my order?

    You will receive an automated confirmation email within 15 minutes of making your purchase. It will be sent to the email address attached to your order.

    If you did not receive the email, please check your junk/spam folder.

    If you still have not received the email there is a chance the email address was entered incorrectly. In this case, please send us a message via the Contact form or email us at enquiries@licensingessentials.com.au.

    Can I cancel my order?

    We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order once you have completed it online. Please send us a message via the Contact form or email us at enquiries@licensingessentials.com.au. Do this as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order and if we are able to, we will gladly cancel it for you.

    If your order is too far into the process to cancel, we are happy to receive your order as a return offering you an exchange or Gift Card to the same value.

    All items must be returned in the same condition as when they were sent; in the original packaging, labels intact and the item unused and unworn. Please reach out to our Customer Service team for a Returns form.
    We recommend you return your parcel with a carrier who offers tracking facilities to ensure it arrives for processing.

    When we receive your returned parcel we shall process the exchange/voucher. We reserve the right to refuse items which are not returned in good condition, and we will be unable to refund any item that has been damaged, worn, washed or had the labels removed.

    My Discount Code doesn't work. What's wrong?

    You can add your Discount Code under the 'Apply Promo Code' section of the Checkout.

    If your Discount Code is not working please double-check that the number is correct and that you are clicking ‘Apply’.

    Try to copy & paste the number into the appropriate box instead of typing it in as this will eliminate any typing errors. Please also consult Terms & Conditions of the promotion to ensure it is still running and is applicable to your purchase.

    Be sure to apply the Discount Code correctly prior to purchase as once you have placed your order we are unable to then add a Discount Code for payment.

    I have been charged twice. Can you fix this?

    What payment types do you accept?

    We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay and LICENSING ESSENTIALS Gift Cards.
    You need to comply with the applicable T&Cs of these providers.

    Can I layby or place an item on hold?

    No, unfortunately we cannot place an item on hold or layby however we do offer Afterpay as a payment option.
